Ike Ugbo is likely to be in the Wednesday starting line-up for the first time this season when we travel to Grimsby for tonight’s Carabao Cup second round tie.
The striker missed pre-season with the Owls after signing permanently for us just days before the Championship kick off and he has since been playing catch-up in terms of fitness, being used as a substitute in matches so far.
However, Danny Rohl is now expected to name Ugbo in his starting eleven at Blundell Park.
As for the rest of the team, Rohl will probably give several squad players a chance to impress again – as he did in the first round at Hull.
