Wednesday will wait on the fitness of Keiren Westwood for the midweek home game with Reading, after injury forced the keeper out of the action at Ipswich.
Westwood went off soon after the home side’s winner, having earlier taken a kick on his back, and head coach Carlos Carvalhal confirmed he had been taken to hospital for tests.
Referring to the Owls performance, Carvalhal said: “I’m unhappy with the score but I’m proud of what the players did out there today. I was also proud of our fans who came here with a lot of enthusiasm and helped the team to press for the last ten minutes very hard.”
