Wednesday have signed Sunderland winger Will Buckley on a season-long loan.
The 26-year-old is eligible to play against Aston Villa in Sunday’s Championship opener against Aston Villa and will wear shirt number 38.
He joined Sunderland from Brighton in a reported £2.5m deal and has also played for Watford and Rochdale.
