Owls aim for fourth successive victory

Wednesday look to make it four wins in a row when Blackburn Rovers visit Hillsborough tonight.

Our impressive recent run, which includes a club record of not conceding an away goal in four games, has seen the Owls move into fifth place in the battle for the Championship play-off places.

Daniel Pudil is available for selection after missing the win at Huddersfield on Saturday while there will be a late decision on Sam Hutchinson who has been out through illness. Barry Bannan completes the third game of his three-match ban.

Tonight’s matches also see some of the fellow promotion contenders playing each other with leaders Burnley at home to seventh-placed Cardiff, Derby in sixth entertaining fourth-placed Hull and Brighton in third travelling to ninth-placed Birmingham. Meanwhile, Middlesbrough in second spot host Huddersfield and eighth-placed Ipswich are at home to Charlton.
