Garry Monk has spoken of how the Championship demands an aggressive attitude to reap the rewards of promotion or a place in the play-offs.
Talking ahead of his first game in charge of the Owls at Huddersfield on Sunday, the new boss said: “The league demands physicality and aggression and if you don’t apply the basics to each and every game and to every training session then you won’t achieve.”
He added: “It’s been a very busy week but everybody has been so supportive. The players have been great, we know the potential of this squad and we want to get the best out of them.”
