Stuart Gray will have to decide between Chris Kirkland and Keiren Westwood for tomorrow night’s Capital One Cup trip to Manchester City.
Kirkland has taken the keeper’s jersey in both Wednesday ties in the competition so far, so we wait to see whether he is recalled for the Etihad clash or if Gray decides to stick with Westwood, who has been in excellent form.
Gray has also played Gary Madine up front in the cup games to date, so he has to choose between keeping the Atdhe Nuhiu-Stevie May strike partnership or accommodating Madine.
Kieran Lee (groin) and Sam Hutchinson (back) are still ruled out.
City are expected to rest some of their star names and Pablo Zabaleta is already banned, following his sending off against Chelsea on Sunday, while Sergio Aguero (knee) and David Silva (ankle) will be missing, along with Samir Nasri who has a groin problem.
