Stuart Gray could make changes in his starting line-up when Wednesday travel to promoted Watford for the final game of the season on Saturday.
The table-topping hosts go into the game knowing before kick off that only a victory will ensure them of the title, also depending on how rivals Bournemouth fare at Charlton. Gray says he will have an unchanged squad to choose from but could shuffle the pack after another woeful home performance in the final S6 match of the season against Leeds ended in defeat last Saturday.
Three points could take us to a finishing position of 10th after last week’s loss saw Wednesday drop to 14th but, with a four-point gap between us and 15th-placed Leeds, we know that even if we lose at Watford, we cannot finish any lower than our current placing.
