Carlos Carvalhal confirmed today that Fernando Forestieri has been fined for refusing to play at Norwicn on Saturday,
The head coach also said that the player has apologised to him and to the rest of the Wednesday group.
Carvalhal said: “You can’t miss work. He knows his behaviour is not correct.”
He would not confirm if Forestieri will be included for the trip to Burton tomorrow night, but added: “I see this with positive eyes because a player has made a mistake and has apologised.”
