Wednesday are said to have agreed a one-year deal for teenage Wigan midfielder Ryan Meadows.
Sky Sports is reporting that the 19-year-old is expected to move to Hillsborough after failing to force his way into Uwe Rosler’s first team plans.
He has been training with Wednesday and scored for the under-21s in their 3-1 win over Bristol City on Sunday.
