Wednesday’s first pre-season game in Portugal ended in a 3-1 defeat against Braga on Tuesday evening.
Martin Taylor put us in front after 18 minutes but two goals just before half-time saw the Portugese side take the lead and they wrapped up victory with 15 minutes remaining.
Wednesday included triallists Kamill Zayatte, formerly of Hull, and Austrian winger Marcus Grossinger in the squad.
