Terry Burton has linked up again with his former Cadiff City boss Dave Jones to join the Wednesday coaching staff.
Burton, 59, who worked with Jones for six years at Cardiff, moves to S6 from West Brom and will take up his duties immediately.
He began his coaching career as youth team coach with Arsenal some 35 years ago and stepped up to become first team coach at Highbury under Don Howe five years later.
Burton moved across to Wimbledon in the late eighties and went on to manage the Dons, before becoming number two to Ray Lewington at Watford in 2002 and then joining Jones at Cardiff during the 2004-05 season.
