Wednesday’s pre-season friendly at Hallam FC this evening finished in a 0-0 draw.

We fielded two separate teams for each half, in a squad largely made up of youngsters and three triallists.

The full line-ups were: First half: Stretch, Triallist, Emery, McGhee, Johnson, Fusire, Thornton, Triallist, Grainger, Bayliss, Moses.

Second half: Phillips, Barraclough, Whitts, Hatfield, Poland, Oliveira, Oliver, Martin, Chadbourne, Triallist, Akpobi.

We are now scheduled to play a ‘closed doors’ friendly at Preston next Saturday before flying out to Hungary and Austria to continue the build-up to our new season.
