Danny Rohl spoke of the feeling of pride for his Wednesday squad after watching our battling performance in the 0-0 Hillsborough draw with Watford.
He saw the side created more chances than play-off hopefuls Watford and, on another night, could have taken a vital three points rather than just the one.
The Owls boss said afterwards: “We dominated a team near the top of the table, we fought for everything and created chances.
“All in all I am proud of my team and at the end we were a little bit unlucky.”
Rohl, who spoke of the great improvement in his squad from when he took over as manager four months ago, said: “If we play like this and fight until the end then I am convinced we will achieve our goals.
“Now we have a big game against Huddersfield on Saturday and will be ready for the fight.
“The mentality of the squad is fantastic and our belief is strong.”
