Danny Röhl has acted on Wednesday’s set-piece problems with the appointment of two new faces to his backroom staff.
There have been issues at both ends of the pitch with our defending and attacking at such times and now Rohl has announced the arrival of Andy Parslow and Ben King.
Parslow, pictured right, has been appointed as First Team Set Piece Coach and previously held the same position at Swansea.
King joins as First Team Set Piece Analyst from Accrington Stanley, where he was Head of Coaching and Player Development.
Rohl said: “I would like to welcome Ben and Andy to the club. I am very happy that we can make such positive moves forward. Already I can see that Ben and Andy have worked well together this past couple of days.
“It is important that we keep on improving in both boxes. The data we have shows the improvements we have made over the last games but at the end of the day it is about results and points. Ben and Andy can help us and the club.”
Röhl has also confirmed the departure of First Team Analyst, Niklas Lanwehr, who returned to Germany this week for “private reasons”.
