Coventry boss Steven Pressley is keen to sign Gary Madine on a permanent basis.

Madine’s loan spell at the Ricoh has been extended until January 4, with Wednesday having a 24-hour recall clause in the agreement, but Pressley has been impressed with the striker and hopes to be able to prise him away from Hillsborough.
He told the Coventry Telegraph: “We have to ensure that we bring Gary to this club and we will be working very hard to do that.
“He’s settled in really well here and now his fitness levels are getting where they need to be you can tell what a prospect he is.”
