Callum Paterson will miss Wednesday’s FA Cup fourth round replay at Fleetwood tonight after limping off during Saturday’s victory over Plymouth.
Paterson, who scored the only goal of the game against the Pilgrims, pulled up with what looked like a hamstring injury during the second half and will not figure against Fleetwood.
With Wednesday facing a busy schedule in the coming weeks, Darren Moore is also likely to maximise use of his squad for tonight’s game, particularly with another big match at third-placed Ipswich on Saturday.
If tonight’s tie is drawn after 90 minutes it will go to extra time and possibly penalties. The successful side will be away to the winner of the Burnley-Ipswich replay which is also being played this evening.
