Wednesday will mark the passing of Queen Elizabeth II at tomorrow’s home match with Ipswich Town.
Fans are asked to take their places inside the ground by 2.50pm to ensure the pre-match tributes adhere to timings.
The Fan Zone, 1867 Lounge and Wednesday Tap will close at 2.30pm, with the Owls Megastore and Ticket Office shutting at 2.45pm.
All turnstiles will be closed between 2.55pm and 3pm and access to the stadium will not be permitted within that time.
Members of the Armed Forces will place floral tributes inside the centre circle, around which the players and officials will gather.
A minute’s silence will follow before an a cappella rendition of the National Anthem by ‘The Voice of Sheffield’ Maxwell Thorpe, ahead of kick off at 3pm.
The players and coaching staff of both clubs and match officials will wear black armbands.
The front cover of the official matchday programme is dedicated to Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, with a fitting image capturing the Royal visit to Hillsborough in October 1954.
