Wednesday made two loan signings this evening as the January transfer window came to a close.
Connor Wickham returns to Hillsborough, signing from Crystal Palace on loan until the end of the season, while Wigan midfielder Josh Windass moves to S6 under the same arrangement.
Wickham, 26, had two loans spells at Wednesday during the 2012-13 and 2013-14 seasons while at Sunderland, scoring 8 goals in 17 appearances for us.
He has played eight times for Palace this season, scoring one goal.
Windass, also 26, has made 16 appearances for Wigan this season, scoring four goals. He joined them from Rangers, where he played 73 times, following his transfer from Accrington in 2016.
Both players will be eligible to play at Barnsley next Saturday.
