Wednesday’s first pre-season friendly ended in a goalless draw at Alfreton this afternoon.
We dominated the first half, with home keeper George Willis in outstanding form, before Wednesday fielded a completely different team for the second half.
Alfreton came more into the game after the break but neither side could break the deadlock.
