Gary Megson has to make a decision who to play up front alongside Chris O’Grady for Saturday’s big S6 clash with fellow promotion contenders Huddersfield.
Megson opted for Arsenal loanee Sanchez Watt, with Ryan Lowe on the subs’ bench at Oldham. However, with Ben Marshall withdrawn at half-time after illness, Lowe came on for the second-half and scored from the penalty spot.
That aside, Megson is likely to opt for the same starting eleven from the Oldham game in a clash that sees Stephen Bywater playing his last game on loan before returning to Derby.
Victory for second-placed Wednesday would take us seven points clear of Huddersfield and Hillsborough is likely to house its biggest attendance of the season, with an expected crowd of between 25,000-30,000.
