Wednesday are hoping to release more tickets for home fans for the play-off semi-final first leg against Brighton at Hillsborough on Friday night.
With three sides of the ground virtually sold out, the club have suspended any further general sales until a meeting with local authorities on Monday about the possibility of releasing more tickets for Wednesdayites.
Brighton have been allocated 2000 tickets for the game – all but matching our 2047 seats for the return at the Amex – and this would indicate that Wednesday are looking to sell tickets on the Leppings Lane end for home supporters after the Monday meeting.
