Stuart Gray has made his first signings of the close season with the capture of two young defenders.
Southampton’s Matt Young, who is primarily a full back but can play across the backline, has agreed a one-year deal at S6, the 20-year-old having been a regular in the Saints development squad last season.
Meanwhile, Stoke’s 18-year-old central defender Ed Sanders has agreed a 12-month contract with the Owls.
