Fit-again Chris Lines is expected to be recalled to the Wednesday midfield as we look to end a run of four successive defeats when Watford come to S6 tonight.
Lines came on as a second-half substitute against Leicester on Saturday after his lengthy lay-off and Dave Jones is likely to give him a place in the starting line-up against the Hornets. Jermaine Johnson could well make way after an ineffective display on Saturday.
Chris O’Grady could return after his foot injury and Jones has to decide whether to recall Miguel Llera, who missed the defeat by the Foxes through suspension, or stick with replacement Martin Taylor in the centre of defence. Taylor was one of the few bright spots on Saturday and Jones is expected to stand by him for the visit of Taylor’s former club.
Wednesday go into the game desperate for three points after dropping back into the relegation places following Saturday’s dismal display.
