Head coach Carlos Carvalhal is pleased with Wednesday’s start to the Championship season after the goalless draw at Norwich.
Coupled with the victory over Villa last Sunday, it means we have taken four points from the first two games against two of the relegated sides.
Carvalhal said: “Of course I am very happy, not just because of the point today but also because we have played against two strong sides, have got two clean sheets and we are playing some really good football.”
Carvalhal was particularly pleased with the second-half display against Norwich, after correcting some aspects of play at half-time, and felt our second 45 minutes was “fantastic” given the strong opposition.
