Carlos Carvalhal was upset with our mistakes as Wednesday twice fell behind before snatching a late, late equaliser at Ipswich.
The head coach said: “It was a game where we were penalised because we did some mistakes that we usually don’t do and this is our problem.”
Carvalhal was pleased that Wednesday didn’t give up and felt a draw was a fair result but he was unhappy with the errors – one of which allowed Ipswich to regain the lead when Martyn Waghorn was left free to head home.
He said: “I must tell you we are disappointed because the way we moved things around and played in the second half … if we don’t take that second goal I believe we will win the game. That’s why we are disappointed.”
