Bailey Cadamarteri was an unused sub as his Jamaica side were held to a 1-1 draw in their World Cup qualifier away to Trinidad and Tobago today.
Jamaica took the lead soon after the interval but the home side equalised five minutes from time, while rivals Curaçao thrashed Bermuda 7-0 to take a one point lead at the top of the group with one game to play.
That match sees the two teams now facing each other in Kingston next Tuesday with Jamaica knowing they need to win the home tie if they are to automatically qualify for next summer’s World Cup finals.
Meanwhile, Yan Valery played the full 90 minutes for Tunisia – already qualified for the World Cup finals – as they came from 2-1 down to beat Jordan 3-2 in a home friendly today.
Sean Fusire played the first 45 minutes for Zimbabwe in Algeria on Thursday.
His side found themselves three-down at the interval and eventually lost 3-1.
