Michail Antonio could figure in the Wednesday squad for tonight’s televised clash at top-of-the-table Leicester City.Antonio is back in training after suffering ankle ligament damage in an injury-hit season and Stuart Gray is hopeful that the player will be in contention for the game against Nigel Pearson’s side, who are on the verge of a return to the Premier League.
Gray said: “Michail is back in full training and he’ll come back into my thoughts. He was our top scorer last season and we’ve missed those goals.
“He’s been back in training for four days without any reaction so it’s the intensity of a first team game that he is going to have to rise to – but he’s a naturally fit lad anyway.”
