Di’Shon Bernard will miss our Boxing Day trip to Middlesbrough as he serves the first of a two-match ban.
Bernard was sent off against Stoke on Saturday and, having been red-carded at Luton earlier in the season, his suspension is increased to two games so he will also be ruled out of Sunday’s fixture at Preston.
Pol Valentin could return to the squad after illness sidelined him for the win over Stoke.
Svante Ingelsson may also be back in contention after he took a knock in training prior to the Potters game while Olaf Kobacki continues his progress towards full fitness.
