Liam Palmer and Almen Abdi will both be back in the squad for tomorrow night’s FA Cup fifth round replay at Swansea.
For Abdi, it is the latest in a series of comebacks from injury in his time at Hillsborough and he gets the call-up after playing for the under-23s in recent weeks.
Cameron Dawson, who has impressed while playing in previous cup ties, will replace Joe Wildsmith in goal.
On the injury front, Tom Lees could be back in action within the next week as he continues his recuperation from a long lay-off and Fernando Forestieri is now back doing individual training at S6, five months after having surgery on his knee.
Jos Luhukay added that the next step will be seeing Forestieri training with the first team squad again, hopefully in the coming weeks.
