The London Owls would like to pay tribute to former Wednesday academy director Clive Baker following news of his sad death.
Clive was the club’s long-time youth programme chief, joining Wednesday in 1984 and becoming our first academy director in 1998.
During his time at S6, he helped to bring through future first teamers such as Kevin Pressman, Steve Haslam, Alan Quinn and Leigh Bromby.
The thoughts and sympathies of the London Owls are extended to Clive’s family and friends at this sad time.
