It was 25 years ago today that John Sheridan fired home THAT goal at Wembley … Chris Turner pulled off a great save from Brian McClair … and we were celebrating a famous Rumbelows Cup victory over Manchester United.
Here are a few pictures from the London Owls enjoying the weekend, starting with the dinner we had at the Wembley Hilton the night before – with special guest Tony Kay – followed by the game itself and then a celebration or two back at the Hilton (we could do with another of those on May 28!).
