With our return to Championship action now just a fortnight away we at the London Owls are also gearing up for another campaign.
After the amazing end to our promotion season, the never-to-be-forgotten night at S6 against Peterborough leading to that 123rd minute play-off final Wembley winner, we now find ourselves live on Sky against relegated Southampton for the opener on August 4 … and under new manager Xisco Munoz following Darren Moore’s departure so soon after those promotion celebrations.
As for the London Owls, we’re looking forward to seeing many of you supporting us for what we hope will be another successful season both on and off the field.
Bryan Crank has already organised travel for the opening games. If you wish to be included on any forthcoming trips please contact him asap (bryantcrank@gmail.com) or get yourself added to the Travel What’s App group for all the latest travel information.
As usual we’ll also be arranging meet-ups for live TV games, including that Championship opener against the Saints. In addition, we’ll have teams entering the darts and football quiz leagues and if anyone is interested in getting involved in either please let us know.
It’s also that time of year when membership is due again. Thank you to all those who renewed or joined up for the first time last season, your support is greatly appreciated and we hope we can count on your backing once again – along with more new members – for this campaign.

Membership rates will remain unchanged and are as follows: Individual – £6; Family – £11; Seniors/U16s – £2.50.
A great amount of time and effort goes in to running the club, organising travel, arranging socials, helping to source match tickets, regularly updating our website and such like and we hope you agree it still represents good value.
