James joins Millers … Rohl the pundit … Byers link

Reece James has signed for Rotherham after being freed by Wednesday at the end of the season.
The defender will be best remembered at S6 for scoring the third goal in that remarkable ‘Miracle of Hillsborough’ play-off semi-final against Peterborough.
However James, who joined us on loan two years ago and signed permanently last summer, largely failed to fit into Danny Rohl’s first team squad when he took charge and James now links up with the Millers on a two-year contract.
George Byers, similarly freed by the Owls, is also reported to have had talks with Rotherham.
Meanwhile, manager Rohl will join the ITV pundits panel during Euro 2024, being played in his home country of Germany this summer.
