Glenn Roeder has left Wednesday after serving as part of the football committee set up by chairman Dejphon Chansiri.
The club said it would like to place on record its gratitude for his services and wished him the very best for the future.
Mr Chansiri said: “I have enjoyed working with Glenn and his football knowledge has been extremely helpful.
“As I have stated previously, I will continue to make the difficult decisions in the best interest of the club. The committee will continue to evolve, I therefore need to ensure it is populated with the best mix of expert advisors available to me which will result in periodical changes in personnel as the club progresses.
“I am confident that, along with my network of trusted advisors, the committee will continue to build on the success I believe we have already achieved as we approach the January transfer window.”
