Lees extends his stay at Wednesday
Tom Lees has extended his contract at Hillsborough until 2019. The central defender, who had an excellent first season at S6, had two years of his previous contract left to run and the new deal takes him up to the summer of 2019.

Two changes to Hillsborough fixtures
Wednesday’s home game with Leeds on January 16 has been switched to a 12.30pm kick off on police advice while the Hillsborough clash with Cardiff has been moved to May 1, kick off 12.30pm, due to the Yorkshire Cycling Event on the previous day, when the match was originally scheduled to be played.
