Carlos Carvalhal has decisions to make up front as Wednesday prepare to take on QPR at Hillsborough on Saturday.
Stephen Fletcher and Gary Hooper, both left on the bench at Preston, were in the starting line-up for the midweek Carabao Cup win over Chesterfield and helped themselves to a goal apiece.
Now Carvalhal has to decide whether to stick with this partnership or revert to the Jordan Rhodes-Fernando Forestieri combination, which kicked off the season in the disappointing opener at Preston.
The head coach has confirmed that Almen Abdi will not start the QPR match but will be in the 18-man squad as he continues to recover from injury.
