Speaking after a late winner from Lucas Joao against the run of play, Carvalhal said: “We got a little lucky today but not a big lucky because we were not so lucky against Burnley and at Bolton.
“Do I think a draw was a fair result today? Probably, but I thought a draw was not going to be the fair result at Burnley because we should have won the game but lost 3-1.
“We then should have won at Bolton but we drew the game.”
