Stuart Gray’s frustrating search for a new loan striker continues after being rebuffed in his bid to bring in an unnamed Premier League forward in the last 24 hours.
Gray confirmed that the player had decided to stay and fight for a place at his parent club but the head coach added that he was still waiting for a response from another top-flight club, following an enquiry for one of their strikers.
