Fernando Forestieri and Marco Matias are fit for selection for Saturday’s home clash with Derby.
They have both been back in full training in recent times, Matias coming off the bench to play the last 10 minutes of the Sheff U derby a fortnight ago.
Jos Luhukay said on Friday that the players are ready to return but added that it was unlikely they will figure for the full 90 minutes.
Steven Fletcher returned to the squad on Thursday after helping Scotland to two wins and a table-topping finish to their Nations League group matches and Luhukay has to decide whether to play the striker from the start after the exertions of the last week.
