Wednesday made it to Wembley for the play-off final after a nervy second leg at Brighton.
The home side dominated the first -half and took the lead on 19 minutes through Lewis Dunk.
However, an equaliser from Ross Wallace 10 minutes later rocked Brighton and steadied Wednesday nerves to some degree.
We looked a more organised and determined outfit after the interval and saw out the second half to spark off great celebrations amongst the players and 2000 travelling fans.
We now await the winner of the Hull-Derby second leg to see who we meet in the Championship final at Wembley on May 28.
