Wednesday have completed the signing of Dutch midfielder Joey Pelupessy and he could make his debut at home to Cardiff on Saturday evening.
Pelupessy, 24, is a defensive midfielder who joins us from Eredivisie club, Heracles Almelo, where he made 119 appearances after joining them from FC Twente in 2014.
He was captain at Heracles and can be expected to slot into the injured Sam Hutchinson’s holding midfield role.
