Jermaine ready for recall at the Riverside

Jermaine Johnson is back in contention for a place in the starting line-up as Wednesday go in search of a first win of the season at Middlesbrough on Saturday.

JJ has missed the last three games through suspension after being sent off in the Capital One Cup defeat at Rotherham and, with the Owls winless in those matches, he is expected to be at least on the bench at the Riverside.

Lewis Buxton, who was subbed at half-time against Millwall on Saturday because of a hamstring twinge, is expected to have recovered in time for the Boro trip.
