Antonio ‘set to leave’ as Gray eyes May

Michail Antonio is reported to be set to leave Hillsborough for Championship rivals Nottingham Forest … with St Johnstone striker Stevie May a likely target for Stuart Gray.

Antonio, 24, is said to be having a medical at the City Ground today, with a fee of between £1.5m-£2m being quoted. He initially joined Wednesday on loan from Reading in February 2012 and the 24-year-old helped us win promotion before the move became permanent in the summer … exactly two years to the day of his likely exit.

He was the London Owls Player of the Year in 2013.

May, 21, who has also been interesting Rotherham, scored 27 goals in 48 appearances for St Johnstone last season.
