Ross Wallace is keen to pledge his long-term future to Wednesday.
The winger joined us last summer on a one-year contract, with an option for the player to extend the deal if it suited both him and the club.
Now Wallace has told the Sheffield Star: “Hopefully we will have something sorted in the next couple of weeks on a long-term contract. I would be delighted if I could get that. It would be perfect for me.”
Wallace talked about how much he has enjoyed the season at Hillsborough and added: “I will definitely be here for next season. That’s for sure.”
