Carloc Carvalhal has confirmed that Keiren Westwood is expected to be out of action until after the upcoming international break.
That means the keeper, who suffered a kidney injury at Ipswich and has missed the last three games, will be ruled out of Saturday’s home clash with Middlesbrough.
Carvalhal added that he hopes Lucas Joao will be ready to return against Boro after his hamstring problem and the Owls will wait until later today to see if Glenn Loovens can make the squad for the game as he recovers from a foot injury.
