Wednesday wait on the fitness of Sam Hutchinson ahead of tomorrow’s South Yorkshire derby with in-form Barnsley at Oakwell.
Hutchinson suffered a muscular injury in the midweek draw with Huddersfield and boss Darren Moore says “It will be an 11th hour decision with him”.
Wednesday go into the clash needing a near miracle to survive relegation, nine points from safety with only 10 games remaining, and Moore still looking for a first win in what will be his fifth match in charge.
The contrast could hardly be greater with a Barnsley side who have taken 28 points out of the last 30 available, a run which has seen them rise to the play-off places.
