Stuart Gray has made his third signing of the summer with the capture of young Preston midfielder Ryan Croasdale.
The Preston academy graduate worked with Owls academy manager, Dean Ramsdale, when Ramsdale was at Deepdale in a similar role, and the player has agreed a one-year deal at Hillsborough.
Nineteen-year-old Croasdale made his first team debut for the Lilywhites last October in their JP Trophy tie with Oldham and he had loan spells last season at Tamworth and Stalybridge Celtic.
