Glenn Loovens will miss Wednesday’s next two games after picking up his tenth booking of the season at Reading.
Loovens ban starts with the visit of his former club Cardiff to Hillsborough next Saturday and he will also be suspended for the trip to Ipswich on the following Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Stuart Gray will be hoping Jose Semedo recovers from a toe infection and fever, which forced him out of the Reading match on the morning of the game.
Stuart Gray said: “We missed Jose today. He puts his foot in, wins the ball and doesn’t shirk his responsibilities.”
