The Wednesday quartet of Keiren Westwood, Barry Bannan, Jordan Rhodes and Steven Fletcher have all been called up to international squads later this month.
Bannan, Rhodes and Fletcher are in Gordon Strachan’s Scotland group for the friendly with Canada at Easter Road 0n March 22 and then a World Cup qualifier against Slovenia at Hampden Park four days later.
Meanwhile, Westwood is in the Republic of Ireland’s provisional 39-man squad for their World Cup qualifier home clash with Wales on March 24, followed by a friendly in Dublin against Iceland on March 28.
