Play-offs latest after tonight’s results

Tonight’s division one results keep Wednesday well in contention for a play-off place.

With our scheduled trip to Fleetwood postponed, we remain in eighth place on 55 points from 32 games, level with Wycombe in seventh (played 33) and one point behind  both sixth-placed Sunderland (played 34) and Plymouth (played 32) in fifth.

Oxford sit in fourth on 59 points but have played two more games than us, as have third-placed MK Dons on 63 points.

Leaders Rotherham (72 points from 33 games) and second-placed Wigan (66 points from 31 games) both won tonight to continue their push for the automatic promotion spots.
